“My name is Don Caspary, I have had a storage unit for several years (8years) to be exact, theses units and the property are very well maintained and clean, also I cannot say enough about the staff and the gentleman who runs the place, these folks over the years have treated me with the upmost respect, their hospitality has been fantastic, each and everyone of them I came in contact with. Over the years there was a time or two that I had forgot to make my payment and these folks went out of there way to contact me and gave me plenty of time to head in and make the payment, that is hard to find these days. Just a very well ran organization inside and out. I never had to worry about my belongings or anything else. Just want to tell the staff and management thank you so much, keep up the awesome work you guys. One big ? thumbs up for all of you.

“I live at Lake Tahoe and store my car there during the winter. The rates are the lowest I have found in the area and it is close to US 50 to Spooner Summit. Plus, it is safe and secure.”
“I love this property. It has been here for years and is great. Tony used to be the manager here and he was awesome. You can tell they really care about the property. They have the larger units here, 10x20, that I keep my stuff in and they are so close, right across the hwy, to their newer facility which has smaller 10x10 climate controlled units I keep my tools and stuff in. Plus the Manager here just took over managing the other one too so I can talk to her about both of them.”

The shop is clean and has everything a U-Haul customer would want and need. Would definitely use again!”

“Came in to rent a moving truck and found they had a large selection on hand and trailers as well. After reading the reviews about this place, I was a little unsure of what to expect but the service I received was excellent. Of course, most of the negative reviews are in regards to getting propane refills. As far as my experience goes, the guy who helped me was very friendly, efficient and did a great job of handling multiple customers all at the same time and still managed to get me set up and on the road in minutes. I should note that the main lobby was filled with all kind of moving boxes, blankets, packing materials and even a wide array of trailer hitches and if in the future I ever need any of it, I will be sure to come back to this UHaul again. Now, the reason for holding off on a full 5 stars is because the truck I got was filthy. Not on the inside mind you but it looked like it just showed up after driving hours in the dirt and snow. And really, this wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that the windows were a mess and near impossible to see out of while driving into the setting sun as I left the facility. I literally had to pull over and try and make a clean spot before continuing on my way.”
