“I was launching my boat at Incline for a family outing and immediately noticed exhaust coming from the rear. I trailered it and took it over to Incline Boat Storage & Marine. Though they were busy, they took the time to run the engine to see if it was something which could be fixed quickly to get me out that day. Unfortunately, it was a more involved repair. I left it with them and they were able get me back and running by the end of the following day, salvaging the week. Very professional.”

“We used Alpine Self-Storage for a one way U-Haul rental to Cashmere, Washington. The 26' truck was ready for us Monday morning as they said it would be. It was clean and ready to go. Josh and Richard answered all my questions, adjusted the mirrors, gave us an extra day and extra milage to complete the move. This allowed me to visit my daughter and family on the way up.The truck itself had plenty of power, and the communication between engine and transmission was excellent. But the ride of the truck was very rough. It maybe we did not have enough weight in the truck to allow the suspension to work properly, but a kidney belt would be in order next time. If you want to drink while driving, wear a bib. The seat was comfortable, and the brakes were quite good, not overly sensitive. The steering tended toward oversteer, which took some getting used to. We thought we had packed well, but wherever two surfaces touched, there was wear. Did I mention the rough ride? Think of a hard tail Harley with 60 pounds of air in the rear tire.I returned the truck this afternoon, not needing the extra day, and the local U-Haul was equally accommodating. The overall experience was very good, but I sure am glad that part of the move is over. So is my body.”

“This week we had what could have been a wasted trip to Incline Village fishing trip saved by Vaughn!!!!! Our boat trailer tire hub literally blew off on hwy 28 on our way to Donner for a nice day of fishing. We weren't a mile away from our condo when the tire blew off on the road luckily we didn't cause an accident! We called AAA. The driver came unprepared ( no wheel trolly) however he did go to "Incline Boat and Storage" to tell them what our situation was. Vaughn came right over! Assessed the situation and told us he could fix it! We went our way for the rest of our day until Vaughn called and assured us he had our boat towed to their place and should be ready the next day. Everyone we encountered at incline boat and storage, especially Vaughn and Joyce were super nice and professional!!! Also did I mention .... the cost wasn't as near as we were expecting to pay. It renewed my belief.... there still are some basically really nice people still out there! Thanks again Vaughn and Joyce for saving our boating vacation. Steve & Vickie Maggetti”

“I love that we have a self car wash in our little community. It's so convenient and easy to use. For $3.50, I can almost get my entire car washed, so I go through the cycle twice and take my time. They have a few large clips you can hang your floor mats and get them nice and clean with the pressure washer. There are vacuum stations there that are also quarter operated. Bring your own quarters, their credit card machine rarely works and their coin machine is often out of order.”
