“These guys genuinely seem to care about their customers! I called on a Saturday to try to get my car in to be looked at. The skid plate under my engine was dangling a little after driving in the snow the last few days and I wanted to be sure there wasn't any real damage! Not only were they open on a Saturday, but they said just swing by anytime! I got there and within 5 minutes they had my car up on the lift and were replacing a body clip and some screws. They got my car down and said I was all done. I asked how much and they said don't worry about it! Most other places would've charged me just to make easy money. I truly appreciate the genuine care these guys have for their customers and will keep them in mind for any future car needs!”

“We purchased an RV water pump from Custom Truck Accessories but ended up not needing it. When we attempted to return the item — completely unopened and in brand-new condition — we were surprised to be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy was never disclosed verbally at the time of purchase.

While we understand that businesses may have return policies, charging such a high fee without clearly informing customers upfront feels misleading. If you’re considering buying from them, make sure to ask about return and restocking policies before completing your purchase.”

“These guys are old school tire guys with great pricing and even better service.
They warranty and rotate all tires that they sell you.
When you pull in for a rotation on any given day without an appointment, you're usually back on the road in 10 minutes or less, you don't have to sit at a big tire shop for 2 or 3 hours to get a rotation”

“I'm updating this review on 4/26. I so appreciate these folks. I brought 06 Forester on for air and discovered a nail in the tire. It took them less than an hour to repair the tire and send on my way. .no charge. Les Schwab tire center is a national franchise, which in addition to tire sales, does a variety of other things, including alignments and their big strong point, is service after the sale. They want to keep you happy and take care of all the needs related to your tire purchase, the other big positive is that they are a national franchise, so when you're on the road, if something happens with your tires, chances are good. Are good. You'll have a facility nearby. They'll fix your flat tires and so much more. I just purchased a new set of four tires. They're most expensive for my vehicle with alignment and it was a thousand bucks. The price is on my Subaru Forester. Started about 600 dollars.”

“We purchased and had installed 4 Hankook Special Trailer Tires which are 14 ply, and carry 4400lb per tire at 110 psi, Discount Tire is only capable of filling to 90 psi as they didn’t have the required equipment to inflate to the Cold spec. I found this disappointing and had to travel with 90 psi versus 110 psi and will have to handle it myself…”
