“We stayed here 3 nights for business. The guy working the night shift is awesome. Helped with the room keys when we checked in. The rooms are clean, the water is plentiful and hot the breakfast is decent, lots of options. Ask for waffles and they will make them for you. The location was good for all things we had to do in Carson City. The room was very quiet even thought it was directly behind the elevator. Parking lot is safe and within walking distance of a Walmart if you need something. Downsides, the smoke detector goes off when blow drying hair and there is a weird 'master switch' for the bathroom electric. Several loose floor tiles in the bathroom could cause some issues and the outside door handle coming off in our hand doesn't seem like a feature. This property is still our choice when visiting.”

I’ve been joining my boyfriend in his soccer games for almost two years now and out of most of the times, Leah has shown me nothing but amazing customer service!! At this point she even remembers exactly what I want to order and is always so happy to help that I *had* to ask her for her name tonight to give some sort of recognition!! Working and interested minds are hard to come by these days, this employee is above and beyond!”
