I believe this walgreens very unprofessional Casey Tracy & Ron needa be fired but given chance after chance sorry excuses & incompetent sorry not sorry.

New to the area and never used this Walgreens before, couldn’t even get someone on the phone to fix an error with my RX. Literally sat on hold for over 45 minutes and that was after my call repeatedly dropped. They just pick up and put you back on hold over and over again. Going to switch to Walmart from now on.
