Yikes. The manager doesn't know what he's doing and won't ever make eye contact. He's rude and always condescending.

Horrible service at the drive up teller window. I make weekly deposits for a large business and have a minimum 15 min wait. Hire more employees or get out of the banking business! Customer service definitely is not working!
