The entrance to the second floor has an unmarked step that is easy to trip over. There is no ice machine on the premises. Despite these points, many guests report a great overall experience, citing friendly staff and a quiet, comfortable stay, with several stating they would definitely return.
This is a hidden gem if you want to be close to Kings beach and pay a reasonable price for a good room. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are spacious and have jacuzzi. Didn’t find the ice machine on the premises thus one star off. Stayed twice and will stay again.

We stayed at the Border House at Crystal Bay and went to see Jake Shimabukuro in concert. Paid for the backstage pass featuring complimentary hor d'ourves, private bar, able to enter 1 hour earlier, excellent service staff and able to reserve your seats. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect!

Lovely Hotel with spacious rooms and Bathroom. Beds are just wonderful and just steps away from a quaint casino with very nice people
