The Best Western Elko Inn offers a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers. The hotel's staff is praised for their friendliness and efficiency, with guests highlighting the smooth check-in process even after midnight. The rooms, although a bit dated, are reported to be clean and spacious. The hotel features a 24-hour pool and hot tub, providing a relaxing experience for guests with insomnia. However, some guests have raised concerns about the cleaning products used, which have left undesirable odors and tastes in the room's amenities. Additionally, the advertised Wi-Fi was not functioning during some stays, and the hotel appeared to be understaffed, leading to maintenance issues. Overall, the Best Western Elko Inn provides a generally positive experience, with its friendly staff and reasonable pricing making it a suitable option for those visiting the area.
Dotty at the front desk is amazing. She won't steer you wrong! Great stay.

Pool and hot tub dont work, estimated fix date is not shared, and price does not reflect that lost amenity. Spacious rooms, good linens. Fair toiletries. Decent basic breakfast. Fine coffee. Will price shop better but open to stopping here again.
