“Special recognition and thank you to Arynne and Nikole both are Elko CAL Ranch Super Stars! First, I purchase a lot of hay here for my horses and yes, I'm fussy about hay quality. Arynne knows my hay preference and goes above and beyond to ensure I get exactly what I want. Arynne is super strong, tough and can impressively load over one ton of hay efficiently on her own without hooks! Arynne is friendly, professional and has even offered to help me on her scheduled days off (I would never accept that offer). However, Arynne's sincerity shows me how she truly values her customers). I appreciate Arynne's fantastic work ethics and great service.Second, in addition to hay, I buy a lot of horse panels, livestock gridded panels, horse feeders, grain, bird seed, tarps and misc. stuff frequently at the Elko CAL Ranch location where I recently received outstanding customer service from Nikole. During the past month, Nikole has assisted me with the purchase of 4 large livestock gates and one enormous horse feeder on the CAL Ranch special super sale days. Nikole's assistance has been efficient, helpful, thoughtful and professional. Nikole is focused on customer service and achieving customer satisfaction. Great job ladies, thank you for always taking care of me.”

“The Elko Marshalls store is small with limited inventory. But, despite the limitations, the store is clean, organized, offers the brand names and discounts I enjoy. Additionally, there is one team member to recognize, as she is a Super Star in providing outstanding customer service. Her name is Sageman. Sageman goes out of her way to help. I speak from experience, as I had called to check availability of a Patricia Nash wallet. Sageman found it and held it for me to purchase. Sageman is friendly, polite, professional and actually folds my garments nicely instead of wadding them up and shoving them into the shopping bag like some of the other Marshall staff. It's people like Sageman who make the end of the shopping experience pleasant. Thank you for your great customer service Sageman! I appreciate you.”

“Our family suffered a tragic, unexpected loss recently. I went into this Walmart to print same day canvases and memoriam cards for the short notice service the following day. The male employee with the long hair in the photo department assured me he would complete the canvases that day but definitely wasn’t thrilled about it. I had some questions at the photo kiosk and he seemed almost annoyed with me. Lexi from the phone department may have picked up on this also and since she didn’t have customers helped me through the entire order process. Her background in graphic design helped as we were customizing. Lexi was very detailed, caring and patient in my time of need as my emotions got the best of me a couple of times. I returned hours later to check on my order. To my surprise Lexi was working on the canvases. She said it was her first time but not to worry that she would get them done in time. They turned out perfectly, she did an amazing job! Not sure what happened to the guy in the photo department that told me he would get them done in time, but if it weren’t for Lexi we would not have had canvases for the memorial service. I hope Lexi didn’t get into trouble for helping out in a different department but I am certainly glad she stepped up. My family and I are extremely grateful for this kind soul that went out of her way to help me in my time of need. The world needs more people like her and I believe she will do great things in life. I would give her infinite stars on this review if I could. Walmart, treat this woman well and she’ll do great things and continue to receive 5 star reviews.”

“I parked around back where bedding and pillows are stocked. I found out the back register closes at 4:00 p.m.. I had to walk from one end of the store to the other and back again. If I wasn't partially handicapped, I wouldn't have minded the exercise. The sheets and pillow were on sale. Great price for the quality. I arrived at 4:00 p.m., the back entrance closes at 5:00.”
