We recently bought our second trailer from Gateway RV and every moment we have worked with Jeff, or any of the staff has been incredible. They are helpful and have been amazing through the entire process. I am so grateful to have wonderful businesses that value their costumers here in Elko! THANK YOU Gateway RV! Our little family loves our new trailer.

First class response to campers in distress. Hubby and I ran into a problem with our backup camera losing signal and not re pairing on our Host camper while on the road near Winnemucca. Lost the entire morning and $$ being sent on fools errands.
Until a store clerk recommended we try Dave at Gateway RV 2 hours further on our journey.
He took us immediately and his mechanic reset and re-paired in less than 3 minutes. No charge. Happy travels on our way.

Fay and Jeff absolutely saved the day when we were stranded in Elko on our way home from a trip. They helped up get the right parts and even offered additional things to help our situation. We had a boat trailer and not an RV but they were still very helpful in getting a solution to our very difficult problem. In the end, they saved us a 14 hour unnecessary round trip to California and back. Thank you so much!

They don't allow third party RV inspections. As a woman independently searching for RV that costs $50,000.00+ dollars, not allowing a certified RV inspector to check out one pre-purchase when I live 6 hours away, is a red flag!

The last time this place was any good, was a year ago. There aren't many other companies providing similar services in the vicinity, and they abuse that as much as they can. The biggest thing I value in business, is honesty, and this place is questionable at best…. Save your money

Tried to buy a camper there, I live 2.5 hours away, I had to call them 3 TIMES for them to see if I was able to get one or not, then they said they’d call me back to see if I can put a down payment and never called me back never said anything, been waiting 3 days for a call on it, they don’t care about customer care. Better luck in Utah.

Poor workmanship on roof cleaning, seam sealing and roof sealing. Had to take trailer to professional shop in Reno 6 months after Gateway did their work. Their seam seal work all peeled off.

Came here for replacement part at 4:20pm on a Monday, door and sign says open Monday-Friday 8-5. Door is locked and no one answers the phone. Lost a paying customer. Highly dissatisfied.. not sure how a business can show 4 stars if no one is at the store.

They don't have a selection of used trailers, and everything is huge! When Gig was there, they had a great variety.
