“Breaking down near elko 7pm with 4 in MB sprinter van and u-haul trailer is not a pleasant experience. Tow truck suggested we deliver van to NDRP. We left it in their lot overnight. First thing Friday Shannon -- who thought whole thing was fantastic -- told us they were booked until following Thursday but she try to sneak it in for a look. She got them to look at it Monday. They made the repair Tuesday morning and we were back on the road that afternoon. Could not ask for better service from kinder people. Thank you all. 5 stars without hesitation”

“Zach was amazing and super helpful today! We were traveling through Elko on our way home and our skid plate came halfway off on the highway and dragged the whole way. Luckily we were close to the exit where walmart was and drove up to the Auto Center. Zach was able to help us get the plate off and we were able to continue on our way! Thank you!”

“Brought my jeep in today, they gave me an oil change and recommended some stuff but I passed. Oil change was quick and cheap but at the end of it When I was getting into my car they had cleaned my seat off and vacuumed the bottom and inflated my tires with no charge or even asking me. Great place to get anything done”
