“My husband and I just purchased a used truck and had the best experience! It was the least stressed we have ever been and most welcomed we have ever felt at a dealership. I would recommend this dealership a d the sales people 10x over. CK took care of us, answering our questions, participating in light hearted conversations as we waited for the financing things to go through, and was great with our toddler. Even other staff members were great with our toddler, making him laugh, gave him snacks and a sweet stuffed toy. We were so happy with the service as well where they cleaned up the truck and filled the gas tank before sending us home. This was the first dealership I have ever experienced that and it was definitely something that stood out. They had a great selection of cars, but didn't try to push us into anything extra or other vehicles that were out of our price range!”

“While in town for work recently I took my 2000 E350 in concerning an issue with my rear differential. Eric and his team diagnosed the issue, helped me fully understand it, and carefully laid out all of my options, their risks, and their costs. This is a very knowledgeable, honest, and experienced team that will go above and beyond to get you back on the road feeling confident and in-the-know about your vehicle. They rebuilt my rear differential at a fair cost, with great communication all the way— even through the post-rebuild break-in period after I left. These guys stand behind their work and respect their customers. Couldn’t recommend them more.”

They were closed (it was a weekend) but we ran into the mechanic who just happened to be there in the parking lot - even though they were closed he offered to check the car out to help us out and figured out the issue within 10 minutes and we were back on the road in an hour. The service department was extremely understanding and while they didn't get the chance to fix the repairs, they still helped and went above and beyond with offering their service shuttle and following up the next day to make sure we didn't run into anymore Issues.”

“I've been here twice now in the space of a few years, and both times the service was prompt and honest. As a single blue collar woman, it can be hard to find a mechanic that doesn't try to cheat you or do substandard work so you have to come back...but John was fantastic! He listened well to my concerns, asked clarifying questions, and provided a reasonable quote and reasons for the work he recommended. Best of all, I have my baby back and performing excellently!!”

“I had a leaky radiator on my truck back in 2005. I drove 120 miles to A-1 and dropped it off, went home and then picked up the radiator a week later (paid for with a check). After installing the radiator, I found that it had fluid leaking from everywhere. I drove 120 miles again to A-1 where I spoke to the manager. He said it was not properly repaired and not checked before leaving the shop. A week later, another trip to Elko to pick up the repaired radiator. This time, it was fixed and the manager handed me my check back and said something that I will never forget: "We can get checks anywhere. Customer are more important." I've only had to get a radiator repaired once since this experience and you bet that A-1 was the place I went! The same manager still works there and does an awesome job!”

We’ve already said when we decide to upgrade our trailer, we’d make the trip to Elko bc of the great service!”
