The tech was awesome he told me he was as careful as possible and that’s why it took longer; I said I don’t mind the wait I appreciated him taking the time to ensure it was perfect. “Was on a trip from Cheyenne Wyoming on our way to visit family in Central California, when we found ourselves needing a completely new set of tires on our truck, called Walmart (while on the interstate driving) they didn't have the size we needed, and so they actually recommended Les Schwab Tires, so I looked them up on my phone, as hubby was driving. I explained our situation and that we needed 4 ties in a very specific size, and if they had them in stock could put them on today. Ken, the guy we spoke to said yes to all of my requests, so I said we'll see in in 15 min, as soon as we get off the interstate. We walked in, he greeted up, showed hubby and I the tires, explained everything, the warranty that goes nationwide, as we live in Cheyenne, and we have a brand new Les Schwab opening in 2 weeks 3 blocks from home. They got us in the very next in line and we were on our way once again 1 1/2 hours later. A +++ on customer care ans service, the entire staff was great.”
