Towing in Elko, NV

“I live in Spring Creek and came home after work. I didn't just get stuck in the snow but I slide down the hill stopping literally 1 mm from a chicken coop. I called AAA who said it would be 4 hrs. Then later and finally not till 9 am. My friend suggested 4 Seasons and when I called he said it would be 30/45 minutes. Sure enough he was there in minutes!! He was friendly and kind. He got me unstuck and watched to make sure I made it all the way out the drive! He charged $210 which I feel was absolutely reasonable. I am so grateful for my friend who suggested 4 Seasons and for him, his professionalism and his amazing speed. I hope I never need to use his services again but if I do, I will be calling him first thing!”

“Breaking down near elko 7pm with 4 in MB sprinter van and u-haul trailer is not a pleasant experience. Tow truck suggested we deliver van to NDRP. We left it in their lot overnight. First thing Friday Shannon -- who thought whole thing was fantastic -- told us they were booked until following Thursday but she try to sneak it in for a look. She got them to look at it Monday. They made the repair Tuesday morning and we were back on the road that afternoon. Could not ask for better service from kinder people. Thank you all. 5 stars without hesitation”
