“Always a pleasure to work with the crew at this location -- but like anywhere else... if you're supposed to have an appointment for a passport, if you're in a rush to have something delivered... poor planning on your part is not an emergency on theirs -- COVID slowed down things that were already slow -- "expedited passports" bring that speed to what used to be the average wait... and this is not USPS fault -- Fallon makes obnoxious protocols far more enjoyable than other locations. 5 stars.”
