“I ship many books and documents from this location. The clerks have been most helpful and the service has been good. As with any PO location, they are understaffed but they go beyond 100% in helping the customer.”

“Always a pleasure to work with the crew at this location -- but like anywhere else... if you're supposed to have an appointment for a passport, if you're in a rush to have something delivered... poor planning on your part is not an emergency on theirs -- COVID slowed down things that were already slow -- "expedited passports" bring that speed to what used to be the average wait... and this is not USPS fault -- Fallon makes obnoxious protocols far more enjoyable than other locations. 5 stars.”
