About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service location at 120 N Maine St in Fallon is consistently reviewed as a helpful and efficient branch. It offers walk-in passport services, which is a significant advantage as appointments in other areas like Reno are often booked for weeks or months in advance. Reviews highlight that the crew and available workers are professional, efficient, and provide wonderful customer service, helping people get what they need very quickly. While occasional frustrations with distribution or new carriers are noted, these are not the fault of the local staff. The team, with specific praise for one employee's friendliness and efficiency, makes the experience far more enjoyable than at other locations. Customers report that waits are not too long and describe the service as a pleasure, giving the location five stars.

Staff was helpful with assisting me and patient. There was a little bit of a line but not bad. Probably due to the time that I went being slightly before closing.

Frequent flyer here. Virginia seems like she’s still learning. She added a First-Class Lg Envelope fee when I’ve never had that added. She didn’t tell me she was going to, I was just lucky I was paying attention. Better watch the costs and fees being added.
