I came at a bad time. They were very busy. The staff was nice and competent.

The Yuba City Branch is always mediocre at best. As a business owner I am not valued as a customer and often talked down to. The only reason that I go here is that this is the only local branch. I try to do my banking at other banks that take the time to be nice, respectful, and generally want to help.
