I recently went to Fallon branch to get assistance on refinancing. The banker was nice but needs more training on how to fill out documents. Due to her inexperience, my wife had to leave work early and we both had to drive to their branch which is not that close. We were told to come in on a day to close and turns out that was not the day so we had to reschedule. According to our banker, the date changed while she is filling out the closing documents. Our loan got approved but then we got into another issue. The same banker offered us a credit card. We wanted to take advantage of the offer but wanted it just under me. The banker said yes they can do that but then changed her mind and says no. We agreed to have it both on our names and then asked what is the next step but communication stopped. The result, we were not able to take advantage of the offer because the banker failed to let us know the next step and the offer on the letter expired. I did reached out to the Supervisor to see if the banker that we were working with just went on vacation or something but she also did not respond.

I am giving a one star due to that they close at 4pm. They need to go back to 5pm.

Depending on the teller, I never know If I have a pleasant experience or I’m made to feel like should be grateful for a snotty attitude. If I didn’t have to go in that bank, trust me, I wouldn’t.

Terrible customer service policies. Penny will not take care of you, her service is heartless and bad. The assistant manager Tammy will ignore you completely. Never been to a worse place or bank. Please close,

Had my money ( pay check in cash) eaten by the atm next to subway. Bank can not help me. Call center says i have to wait up to 10 days while they do an investigation. They also refuse to pay any of the late fees i my incur for late charges. He then had the nerve to tell me i should borrow money from another account until hopefully they were able to rectify the problem. Shame on them !!! 4 days later talked to the call center again. None of the required forms were filled out by them. Only a customer complaint. Not even the supervisor at the call center could do his job correctly. Back to the branch office. At least they are nice. I wonder how much they would charge me in late fees per day if i was over drawn $900 ? On to the state banking commission next !

I have been with us bank for many years and this is by far the worse location I have ever been too. All I have is problems and inconsistencies with this location. As the tellers are always cold to me and feel the need to argue with concerns I have. I have worked for the company before I know the value your suppose to have with every person. The most frustrating part is the fact that they give great service to others in front of me. I will be looking for a new bank after many years!
