A few nights ago there was something that had come apart under my car and was dragging, we pulled into 7 Eleven in Fernley. This amazing employee Kevin was so very helpful he went out of his way to help us and still take care of every customer that pulled in he was fantastic. I feel bad about not writing something right away because he most definitely deserves recognition.
He is a great guy , helpful and I want to thank him again and want 7 Eleven to realize that Kevin is a great employee and an asset to the store.

Just popping in to share the experience I had at 7/11. It was very nice, Kevin is just an allstar employee. From the second i walked in and was greeted to the time i left, albeit short but kevin had me laughing the entire time i was in there. The customer service i've received from the employees of this store is just top notch

This particular 7-11 location is often extremely filthy. Floors have been so dirty and sticky that you can't walk without your shoes sticking to the floor. The soda dispenser is also disgusting and you can actually see green mold or bacteria growing. The premade food such as pizza, chicken wings, etc are often old and dried up looking, when I've asked them to make fresh they've argued and refused to make fresh food. This place is a dump.

Just a quick stop to pick up some milk today. Got in and out.They stay pretty busy but the staff remains friendly and professional. It's a frequent stop for us.

The 7-Eleven store in Fernley NV is super clean and well stocked. The service is exceptional. I would rather shop here for milk, pain relievers and especially snacks. I highly recommend them!

It would be nice since I have a rewards with 7-11 to be able to do it inside. Maybe there should be notes by the pumps. Probably won't come here again. Cashier really rude about the issue too. I would also give it 0 stars if that was an option.

I was rushing back to the hotel in Reno and passed this small store so I ran in for some things for breakfast for the next day. Some simple shopping at a convenience store.
