This 7-Eleven in Fernley is a super clean and well-stocked store. The service is exceptional, friendly, professional, and very helpful. Employees are nice and provide top-notch customer service, with one amazing and fantastic all-star employee receiving specific recognition for being helpful and going out of his way for customers while still taking care of everyone. The store stays pretty busy, but the staff remains friendly. Customers find it a very nice experience and a frequent stop, highly recommending it for milk, pain relievers, and snacks.
I go here at all hours of the day and the best staff work the midnight shifts. Always very polite and helpful.
