“I haven't had the opportunity to discover its services. I only spoke with a customer rep about donating women's clothing. She was very professional. I have to follow up on my request. They must have plenty of service calls.”
“I think it's a great little store to have in town. They have just about anything you're looking for! But I wanted to highlight one of the employees there, Mikey, he is always so pleasant to deal with and always willing to help you out. I choose to go there because the customer service is always welcoming.”

“I occasionally stop by to see if they have any unusual items I can’t find at Walmart or Raley’s.
Customer service here can be hit or miss depending on who you get at checkout. However, I can absolutely say that Marvin was beyond pleasant and efficient. He was called up to help when a checkout issue was causing delays, and he truly made my day—especially since I wasn’t feeling too great after PT. If I were still a manager, I’d hire him in a heartbeat for customer service. His energy is fantastic.
The manager on duty (a male—sorry, I didn’t get his name) was also helping out and keeping things moving as a rush of shoppers hit the checkout at the same time. Go figure, right?
Both of these individuals deserve recognition.”
