Duane is a good guy, listens , and communicates well with customers. Answers questions and concerns . I'll be back again right now they're the dealership I'm using for all my Ram needs. They've done the first two services and I'll continue to use them.

Had a DEF & 4x4 code on my Ram 2500. I called Duane in Fernley and told him that I have a planned hunting trip and needed it by Friday. He said to bring it in. He had it checked out and fixed the same day.Thanks to Duane and all the ones at the Fernley shop!
