He helped us disconnect and reconnect the battery, which totally solved our problems. Just incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I've found that at other O'Reilley's too. They seem to hire the best, and I've always found the parts I needed too for great prices!!! I highly recommend.”

“Absolutely outstanding service that went above and beyond. I am stranded with a broken fuel pump on my Semi so I was going to use Uber to go get parts for my APU that was also not working properly.
Well nearly 3 hours of waiting for an Uber to go there made me call to see if they could help me out. They did. Chris and Mary went above and beyond. 10 stars. The prices were fair and they had what I was requesting. Great shop. Definitely a step above an AutoZone. ?”

“Would give 10 stars if I could. Had DEF system issue. Being from out of state I anticipated getting raked over the coals. Had to leave truck overnight. All hotels in Fernly were full. Fernley loaned me a vehicle so I could spend night in Reno 35 miles away. Cannot say enough about Michael, Dwayne, Chris the tech,and Olivia. Cannot say enough about these people. Totally satisfied and would enthusiastically recommend Fernley CJDR.”
