I've always had good experience. Bought a used trailer and was towing it home. The brakes were a little weird so I called and they said to drop it off. The next day it was done and I picked it up. It's not always that way due to the amount of rvs they have coming and going. But this has happened twice for us.

Highly recommend them, they offer a variety of unique services. I'm a plumbing contractor and had a customer inquire on a RV toilet replacement. Of all stores in the area, Bob's performance center happen to have the exact toilet I needed. And the lady that helped me was extremely nice
