“I want to thank this branch staff for being very helpful in bringing my account status back to normal. I had originally went here once before to have my longtime account closed due the information being compromised. I already had a good experience the first time but this second time I had to say something and leave this review as it is the least I can do to show my appreciation and attention to this matter. Long story short, my account was froze due to the misconduct of a settlement funds administrator and locked up my finances and put me in a difficult spot. Jennifer, the branch manager was very helpful and resolved my issue urgently, same day, my account was back to where it was before this mess.
