“I’ve witnessed and experienced Julie (front desk/receptionist) being professional, respectful, courteous, patient, kind, and informative to EACH Navy Federal member that required assistance during a Friday evening rush hour (near closing time—30 minutes prior). Navy Federal (and its members) are lucky to have her! Way to go, Julie!”

Claudia was very helpful and made the process very smooth and enjoyable, we talked about my business endeavors, and she handed me information about the industry that came with various tools for my use, she also referred me to a Financial advisor and gave me a list of recommended CPA's.
This is now my new favorite location, very grateful for this service, Claudia goes above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise.”

“The other week I stopped in to close my late father's account and add some dependents to my own. Cory assisted me through the process and he was a champ. He was super friendly and answered any questions I had. It's not easy to close accounts for a loved one who's passed on, but Cory made it painless and we had a great conversation. He also has a pretty rad mustache! Definitely ask for Cory whenever you need help with your account!”

“I don’t even bank with Wells Fargo, I came in to cash a check. I was greeted immediately and helped by Amandi. She was so pleasant and I didn’t think getting 5 star service at a bank was possible but I had to write this review as soon as I left to commend her on her customer service. Very few places have great chat service nowadays so I really appreciated it.”

“Needed to change the passwort on my account. Unfortunately as soon as I hit change the system kicked me out.After 30 min.I drove up to the Market place branch. Told the teller my situation. Sue Ann immediately got an unstaffed space and I started the process logging in with her looking on.. Same thing happen again. Took 30 min. and several calls to a corp. helpline. Sue Ann was really concerned if it will work and yes, it did. She also cleaned out an old account that I cancelled a couple years ago. She never lost her patients, was efficient and truly helpful. Thanks for the great service Sue Ann! It was appreciated.”
