“I want to thank this branch staff for being very helpful in bringing my account status back to normal. I had originally went here once before to have my longtime account closed due the information being compromised. I already had a good experience the first time but this second time I had to say something and leave this review as it is the least I can do to show my appreciation and attention to this matter. Long story short, my account was froze due to the misconduct of a settlement funds administrator and locked up my finances and put me in a difficult spot. Jennifer, the branch manager was very helpful and resolved my issue urgently, same day, my account was back to where it was before this mess. You're truly a great asset to this branch and I appreciate you for being so considerate of needing to assist me during these difficult times. Thank you very much!”

“Irenka, absolutely amazing service. We were trying to open up an account for my girlfriend & were told they were all booked up. She went the extra mile to tell us how likely we were to be able to open an account if another appointment did not show up. So soon as they showed up for that appointment she notified us so we knew not to wait anymore of our time. Extremely grateful for her doing that. After going to four chase branches to OPEN an account and being told they're all booked up. Her service is the only thing that makes me maintain that I am not a jerk for recommending my girlfriend to chase. Because every other chase was lackluster and not helpful in getting an account opened up. & After using Chase for over a decade I'm amazed by how incredibly difficult it had been to get my girlfriend an account opened up.”

“I feel so grateful came across of town to banking I had a problem with my online mobile couldn't sign in to Face ID and forgot my password Anyway, long story make it short So last Friday I came to Wells Fargo on Sahara I had an appointment at 8 AM the morning so I didn't know on Durango Road had a big contraction right there and I was on my way. I tried to call the branch but nobody pick up the phone and I was away after 10 minutes in the bank used only one person and one customer waiting so I didn't see anybody come. Do you have any information so anyway I sit down and after two minutes the lady I didn't even realize her name so she asked me how can I help you and I told her I had an appointment at 9 o'clock but I'm kind of late because the traffic is so bad on Durango so anyway she looks at me and she goes like what can I help you and you late and that I have an appointment at 9:30 so I don't know I have enough time for you, so I said it's OK. I can wait because I'm late so I'll ask her is OK can I just wait until when he got some other showed up? If not, I can take that spot anyway, I said there until 945 and I didn't see anybody and then she came up to me at 9:47 and she said oh my customer at 9:30 didn't show up, so what can I help you so I told her the problem and she keeps saying you go online three times and then you can just make another appointment or just tell them the issue and I told her I would is here why I have to go back online so I told her I can go online but the problem is when I try to talk to the people my phone doesn't work because I messed up my phone. The speaker doesn't work well so I told her why are you here? Can you just go back on lies here so you can just help me out and then she just can you know talk to me without respect and no professionalism and I'm very extremely upset and I left and today do you want to see if I drove almost about 25 minutes from where I live to 215 and Russell I drive to Henderson for help I walked to the branch and a lady name TAZMYRE LENO came up to me right away after she finished her client VERY Professional. she asked me what can I help you very professional very nice, sweet voice and asked but I was very happy today. I very very very much appreciate her helping me out. I need help but I told her the problem and then she said no problem just coming in or you even though I told her I don't have an appointment. I can wait because today's my day off and she said no no no I can take care of you right away then I said down for my bank card and my driver's license and she help me and she clicks to called about 15 minutes to call login and be there with me after. 17 minutes everything done smothered I love to branch over there most people who work there at that branch phenomenon very helpful and very professional and I don't mind driving that far even an hour it is worth it I has been a business owner30 years always give all my respect to my customer and my client, but when I go somewhere else I get the best service it upsets me but I'm very happy today. I very very very much appreciate her helping me out.”

“Can't say enough good things about my experience at this Chase Branch at 220 E Lake Mead Pkway. Short story: needed to confirm a deposit plus my login stopped working (heaven knows why) and the team squeezed me in between appointments to reset the password, confirmed the deposit for my business account and then also helped me with the personal accounts for a couple of matters. Anyway, the customer service by the folks at the counter and behind the desk was simply out of this world. I witnessed terrific customer service too, for a lady getting cash for her weekly rent too - so no matter who you are, no matter what your transaction size, you'll be treated very very well at this branch. I love seeing that.”

But I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and lack of any hard sell encountered in setting up a checking account for my family. After a few years of an online bank with good rates but no customer service, it was time for a change. So far so good. Definitely worth considering.”

“Baffled by the low rating for this branch. Whenever I visit Vegas family, I'll drive the 25-30 minutes just to do banking here, even though there are closer branches. Everyone is friendly and engaging. Jamie, one of the managers, was extremely helpful on one occasion where I asked to reset a trust account. She took extra time to explain options and ensure I understood the context behind taking specific actions and the implications of making specific changes. And I've been impressed with how quickly she returns calls, even when she's out of the office in training! Bravo Jamie and many thanks to you and the Silver State Stephanie branch team.
