I’ve lived here for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience. Office staff are always helpful and friendly. Maintenance is very quick and professional. The facilities and property grounds are kept up nicely. Love living here.

Loving my new home! I just moved into Avalon at Seven Hills from Summerlin. The community and neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful.
