“My family and I had a few issues the first couple of weeks living here. However, after meeting with the property manager, Dee, and talking face to face I realized there was misunderstandings/miscommunication on both sides. She was very professional and welcoming. First impressions can be everything, but Dee definitely proved me wrong. I’m glad we’ve since resolved any problems we had and hope to enjoy the rest of our time here!”

“Anais did a wonderful job of giving us a tour and answering any questions we had about Bristol and the unit. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Velvet also gave us a really nice experience with the process of signing the lease, following up on questions, and seeking out information for us. Soa, the supervisor on the maintenance team did a great job of fixing our kitchen sink that was back filling with water and gross particles. He also helped us with our laundry door that wouldn't close and is ordering us a new fridge shelf. Really appreciate your help, Ana, Velvet, and Soa!”

“this place is amazing. honestly in multi family properties I'm always a little nervous as far as customer service and cleanliness. i couldn't believe how great of condition this property was. the club house is extremely clean, the staff inside are SO friendly. super thankful i found this spot!”

“I have lived at Ladera for over ten years and it has had its ups and downs but now it is on the upswing and the future looks bright. They have changed management over the years but now they have a great manager, whose name is Derrick and he is doing his best to make Ladera a great place to live once more. Ladera is in a very good location near all the conveniences one could ask for. It is the next best thing to owning your own home.”
