The staff was so nice first thing on a Saturday morning. I needed a notary and had called the evening before. She had told me that the appointments were full, but to come in when they opened and she would see what she could do. well, I went in there and had a seat at 9 o'clock and by 920. She had come off the line to go ahead and give me the notary and I was very impressed with the service. I had been ready to wait an hour or more if I had to it was important to get this notary and for her to do it in 20 minutes and be on my way I was very happy. I will definitely be back to this location.

This branch is Horrible! My father in law and myself wanted 45 minutes in line. He's handicapped. There was only 1 teller, poor young lady, and 3 other bank associates in their cubicles laughing. 2 were doing nothing. 5 people in front of me. 3 people behind me. And only ONE person helping everyone in line. You can feel the tension. I'm just glad I'm not in a rush today.

This place is very bad in customer service. Never enough tellers and you have to wait a long time to get greeted. Also the hours set by corporate are a joke. Closes bank at 4pm so people have a hard time doing business here. Im really thinking about changing banks to Chase. Very disappointed with this bank!!!!!

We were in this branch in two separate occasions, we were greeted by the manager Belinda , both occasions we had appointment with Corbin , we are extremely happy with the services received from Corbin and Belinda.Also at the teller both employees were very courteous and helpful.Thank you

Always only 1 teller so the lines are always long. This is not a staff problem as there are plenty of staff not assisting customers. The tellers are great but are typically the only staff working. The rest of the staff stand around apologizing for the lack of tellers. Easy fix in my opinion, more tellers, less staff making excuses. Problem solved.

Needed to due some emergency banking business but didn’t have an appointment. Asked one of the employees and that agreed to help us. See a lot of complaints but we have a big compliment to Corbin for helping. They do have to hire more tellers but thank you Corbin

They lack customer service and before covid they were amazing and now the new staff lacks attention. Had and appointment, which they were behind but never notified me about and then since I have waited over 65 mins, they still would not allow me access to the bathroom. Very disappointing. Melinda is not an effective manager.

This bank is very convenient for me when going to the drive through to do my bank transactions on most days it’s easy in and out service great employees and managers.

My 83 year old mom was trying to wire money, and because she doesn’t have a cell phone they would do it! Worse customer service ever. The manager is a real j*** also!!! Had to go to another Bank of America.

I wish negative stars were a possibility. They will kiss your a** till it's no longer profitable, then drop you with out warning, and make it as difficult as possible for you to get back on your feet again. I was as loyal as loyal gets to this bank to his bank for over half my life in every aspect of banking I ran through them. My business accounts my merchant services my personal accounts checking my savings all of my employees accounts through Bank of America. Always well for over 12 years or so I thought until I looked into it and started asking questions about The fact that they were robbing me little by little over the last decade instead of getting straight answers I got bounced around from department to department and left in limbo to be hung up on eight hours later repeatedly no matter how Ohio escalated it no questions were answered whatsoever to the point I was told I have to subpoena them to get any further answers for the robbery that took place right in front of me in my bank accounts they even took it a step further and dropped every Single one of my accounts just before closing down due to Covid. They bankrupt my company and single-handedly started the snowball that brought me from living the American dream to being homeless and sick living in a storage unit. They couldn't care less about their clients Customer Service is an absolute joke at best but only because it makes me laugh thinking about the lack there of. I could not warn you enough to stay away from doing any type of business with Bank of America whatsoever in fact I'm gonna dedicate a small part of my life to making sure that I spread the word of how horrible my experience was with these people after being so loyal for so long to have them turn their backs on me for no good reason and ruin my life over it. Any questions please feel free to ask I'm more than happy to elaborate as well as provide proof of these wrongs committed against me that so far I have not been able to get justice because of how big this company is they can do whatever they want as long as they sell the company to a buyer that they have no liability it's insanity that this is legal I'm hoping it's not in this case the right person's attention My name is Ryan Garlinghouse and I highly persistently an extremely do not recommend this company in any way shape or form.
