They do NOT answer the phones, even the online thing is not helpful. Do better. Try harder.
Edit. It seems like you CONSISTENTLY get bad reviews on your customer service and phone calls, and in the reviews the owner responds but does nothing? All you can reply is a useless automated response to reach out on twitter?? This is a BANK! like what?! DO BETTER! YOU ARE BAD AT YOUR JOB! TRY HARDER!

Have to say was not wanting to do this but I have no choice. They gave my son someone else bank account information and my son didn’t know. He put it in his apple wallet and I sent him some money. Then we found out it was not his account. So we went down to the bank to inform them and she was nice and understanding. Then it happened trying to get my money back was a nightmare. I got denied so went back to the bank to let her know and I said this needs to get fixed due to there big mistake. She looked at me and said the words that I never thought I would hear are you threatening me. I said your guys messed up and your to busy. So I told her I’m not threatening you it’s a promise that you need to fix it. I’ll give you 30 days or I’m done and I’ll blast it on the internet. So here is the true about this branch. Check your paperwork or they may give it to someone else. She need to learn that some priorities are bigger than others. But yes I did get my money back. Thank you

Why have a phone number, if no one ever answers the phone. I have called multiple times at opening, midday, late afternoon; no answer. The automated voicemail is not helpful. Online does not help with my question. Ugh! Trying to avoid the excessive heat for my health by calling instead of going out, but B of A is not helpful with this idea. The callback option is just as useless.

I personally would never bank with Bank of America but unfortunately I have to visit this location for my job! Clarabelle is beyond rude and the same goes for Maria. I can see why they have such bad reviews.

You put your card in. You put your PIN number in. You decide on your transaction and you go from there. Pretty simple to me.
It is Well lit✨️✨️💡🔦💡 and the one by the Galleria mall has (3) separate drive-thru ATMs and one walk up ATM. Not bad!!

I stopped in here today hoping that I could exchange all my rolled coins for cash & was surprised that I could. Wasn't sure because pre-COVID I went to a different BOA location & was told that they normally don't do this but they would allow me to & that they had to take my coins out of the rollers to dump in their change counting machine. There is some construction going on outside here & part of their sign has a letter or two hanging. Doesn't look very well kept. As soon as I walked in I didn't see any cashier counters & thought that maybe this BOA location didn't have them since they're called "financial center." There was a male employee standing in the main entrance upon arrival & I had asked him if there were cashiers & he told me "yes" & pointed to me around the corner.I was a little confused where the in line started as there was no one else in line & it had two openings in one of their lined in areas, so I just stood in the middle. There were only two tellers & both were occupied. Once one person left I couldn't see the girl behind the counter from where I was standing & I don't think she could see me either so I moved over to be in view & she called me up.Her name was Christine & she was very nice and friendly. I had asked her if I could exchange my rolled coins for cash & she told me "yes." There is all plastic windows around them for their protection & a slot to do your transactions in but they also had a plastic box with a door that I was able to put my big bag of rolled coins in. I just needed to swip my debit card and she pulled out all my rolled coins & counted them, no sticking them in a change counting machine. She asked me if I needed any more rolls & I asked "are they free?" and she told me "yes" and let me know that if I ever need anymore to just come in & ask. Sweet since the ones I have @ home I bought @ the .99 store. We had some small chit chat that was nice & she had shared a little story with me about her son in reference to the story I shared with her. It was so nice to interact with Christine. You could tell that she enjoys her job.I wasn't in the bank too long. A little line did form while I was @ the counter and a man excused himself as I walked by him to tell me that he is a coin dealer & that he had overheard me talking about collecting coins with the teller. I informed him that it was in reference to coins that my Grandmother had collected many, many, many years ago & that I don't collect any coins now. He tried to give me his business card but I declined since I'm not a coin collector. The employee who greeted me upon arrival to the bank had said goodbye to me.I definitely would come back here especially to turn in my rolled coins as I don't do much banking inside the branches these days! Thanks Christine & the male employee for making my visit a pleasant one!!
