“WOW! Yet another fantastic rental experience with this car rental agency. Although we initially had a fantastic deal arranged for a Mercedes E class, accommodating our group of 5 along with our luggage seemed a bit challenging. However, they promptly offered us a reasonable upgrade and ultimately provided us with a stunning new Yukon Denali XL. The service at the rental counter was not only amicable but also speedy and efficient. I was truly impressed by the array of technological features. The return process was incredibly hassle-free — no queues, a swift inspection, and off we went. The staff were very kind, helpful, and shared their excitement and knowledge of our trip from their perspective. Overall, awesome. Highly recommend you refill your own gas. “Im thinking that all these reviews are from having had a custumer experience with perhaps previous employees. Dec 2023 I had a car accident and my insurance company pays for my rental. Im used to the gas saving prius, all the employees at this location both over the phone and in person were helpful and understanding. They provided me with a 2023 ford escape SUV that my insurance covered completely. The vehicle was nice and clean. Honestly had a good experience at this location and will be returning and would reccomend.”
