“This is my second time renting with this location of Enterprise. When walking in the staff are all very welcoming and professional. I worked with Zair and Abbi. Zair was very friendly and knowledgeable. While I am currently renting because of an insurance situation he helped me get the upgraded vehicle I wanted with ease. Abbi was very thorough and friendly showing me to my vehicle and making sure all my questions were answered. I will definitely continue with this location for my rental needs.”

“Enterprise has and will continue to be my go to place when renting a car. I’ve never had any issues with the vehicle(s) and my interactions with staff have always been pleasant.
On this particular occasion I was looking for a specific class of vehicle and was finding it a bit challenging in locating one. However, after speaking with Jazzma (Assistant Branch Manager at Henderson Executive Airport), she assured me the vehicle would be found. After contacting other branches and re-directing some of its fleet, she managed to locate a vehicle in the class I requested.
Throughout the entire process her communication and professionalism was amazing, truly demonstrating a genuine desire in wanting to provide me, the customer with exceptional customer service.
Jazzma’s efforts speaks volumes to the high level of service I’ve grown accustomed to and expect from Enterprise. She clearly values and understands the criticality of her work and the importance of representing the Enterprise brand well.
With that, I’d ask that corporate/management acknowledge her in some fashion for all her good works.”
