“January 2025: Simple and smooth reservation process. Great location downtown. I made my reservation online (same day), and I liked the 2024 Kia Soul-- modern, low mileage, great sound system w/Android Auto + folding down seats were great for storage.
I needed the car for an extra day and the customer service line worked it out quickly.
UPDATE (December 2025): I rented from Budget last week and had another positive experience. Rosario & Carlito were very helpful and I got a Nissan Versa this time. At ~$32/day, my 3-day rental came out to about $140. I drove to SoCal and back and had no issues with the vehicle.”

“I originally booked a convertible at the Harry Reid Airport. However, it was going to be to hot (107F) to get good use of it. So, we were able to move to a mid-size sedan with no problems.
During our trip to St. George the plastic cover panels came off and I had to drive to the St. George airport. We explain the situation and Joel was able to get us into a downgraded tiny car, but it was the only thing they had. Joel was awesome and very understanding.
When we return to Harry Reid. Koa was the person that was at the check out lane. We expressed that the drive to St. George was well not the best drive and we moved up our return date because of the different car. Koa never charged for the gas in the first car and also removed the day for the early return.
This was a professional team and made the situation that could have been worst much more manageable.
Will be booking again in October & November trips.”

“If you're in town this is the place too rent an exotic. The whole process went super smooth from start to finish. Being a Canadian resident it isn't the easiest renting higher end vehicles and this is the only place that will allow you too.

“We had an amazing experience with Escape Camper Vans! At pickup in Las Vegas, Daniel helped us out incredibly well — there was a small issue with the Maverick, but he handled it proactively and professionally. We ended up traveling for three weeks with the Del Mar, which turned out to be a fantastic campervan for us.
During the trip we only had one minor issue with the kitchen water pump, and even though it was a Saturday evening, we received a helpful response within two hours. Great service, great vans, and really nice people. Highly recommended!”
“Picked up car near Vegas airport. Counter was busy, but plenty of staff so minimal wait time. Next staff person looked at my ticket, asked how service was at the counter, and directed me to my choice of cars. Leaving the lot, a young lady checked my ID, asked how the customer service has been, and wished me a nice day. Upon return, a young man named Eric checked my mileage, asked how the car was for me, and directed me to shuttle to terminal. From start to finish a smooth experience by polite caring staff. Highly recommend.”

“I surprised my fiancée with a drive for the day in the T-Rex. It was such an awesome experience. The staff were super chill and friendly and accommodating. Never felt uncomfortable or high stress, which I think is incredible considering the high caliber of machines they supply. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone wanting to do a rental in Vegas. “DAYLEIGH is so great! !! She was amazing! The whole crew there was kind and compassionate and could not have been sweeter! Dayleigh made an airline cancellation and getting stuck in Las Vegas go from me in tears to me giggling in the car on my way back home to AZ. I will forever be grateful! I was in pain and an exhausted mess and she was a bright relief who just did stuff to help without even being asked. We talked about how great her service was for 30 minutes in the car, you just dont get that nowadays and I love her for it. Dont ever let her go Enterprise!!!”
