“We booked with Alamo through Delta Airlines. Erich at the check in counter was very friendly, accommodating, and honest. Great personality on the gentleman and his expedient service was much appreciated. We rented a full sized SUV and the crew in the garage gave us a beautiful near new SUV. The price for the week was fair considering how expensive everything is these days.Return process was the quickest I've ever seen. That crew was well staffed, well trained, and moved like a well machine. I was moving to the shuttles within 3 minutes of pulling in to the return lane. Very impressively run place.”

Our group of ten found the cars easy to drive after a short instruction and practice drive. The staff was beyond great. Brandy was excellent with making our arrangements and some last minute changes. “What an amazing experience and a dream come true! We rented the brand new C8 Corvette. Mike and Dream Exotics were top notch! He took the time to go through all the details of renting a car of that caliber. Taking the time to make sure you knew how to operate the vehicle and to feel comfortable. “I rented a 66’ Cadillac DeVille convertible. I screamed when we came around the corner and I saw the car, it was even more beautiful in person.Renting was so convenient and every staff member I spoke with was accommodating and happy to answer my litany of questions.They directed me to a place to drive that suited what I wanted to do. The car ran perfect, was comfy and easy to drive. It did turn a lot of heads, so be ready to get honked at a lot. We had a spectacular day. If you want to fulfill a dream of driving a vintage car, look no further. If you rent the Cadillac, I named her Crystal, tell her I miss her.”

He attended all our request, van was a new Mercedes Sprinter (Very few miles) and in an excellent shape. Pick up and Drop off is really easy, and contact less. “Visiting Las Vegas for the first time and the people here are amazing. Hertz didn’t have any cars available state-wide despite us making reservations in advance but this location helped us out. When we arrived, they didn’t have a car ready so they shuttled us to a different location nearby which was generous and kind for them to explain and do. The car we picked up was fine since I just needed a A-to-B vehicle except there was a slow leak in the back tires. Reporting this to the location, both Crystal and Tiffany empathized and upgraded me to a better car. I wish I lived in Las Vegas so I can continue to support this location. “Could not be more happier with my experience at this location. Car was clean , it was new and drove like a dream. Al, who assisted me with the pick up was awesome. Gave me a few tips for my family vacation and made sure the ordeal was quick and painless. I told these guys that I chose to take an UBER to this location simply because 99% of the rental agencies near the strip had poor reviews with a multitude of horror stories I would rather not deal with on a vacation. Kyle and the staff (at the Cartier Ave Las Vegas NV location) ensured that a rental truck was ready for us when we arrived, after traveling for 2 hours without our travel trailer. “I was in desperate need of a vehicle and they rented me one right away. It is a first come, first serve basis, so you get what you get. They do cash for sure or cashapp which I had no issue using and when I returned the car I got my $200 deposit right away. The car we got was good to get us around and it needed a bit of a maintenance check but otherwise it was ok. I did have to clean it out a bit more which didn’t take me long and it would be great that everyone else would follow the rules like no smoking of whatever kind but people can be very inconsiderate to others. So, no complaining here because Epik helped me out when everyone else was truly over charging me or declining me even when they were claiming to do the same as Epik. Thank you so much for making our trip a good one.”

“Great experience. This was a Christmas gift for my dad who is a real car enthusiast. We drove the Ferrari 812 Superfast to Valley of Fire state park. The car handles as you would imagine a Ferrari to handle, and as the name implies it is fast. The staff at LVC were awesome from start to finish. Would certainly do this again!”
