Drop Sauna Studio + Athleticouture is a mindfully crafted, innovative wellness studio connecting community to the infrared revolution. It offers a wonderful and relaxing experience in private sauna suites, where guests enjoy 40-minute sessions. The ambiance is very relaxing and the store is super clean. Each private room is equipped with a Smart TV for watching Netflix or other streaming platforms, and some have weights available. The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, super friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely informative, providing excellent customer service and explanations about the sauna and detoxification. They provide towels for the session and an ice cold towel for afterward. The experience is perfect for feeling refreshed and glowing, to detox, destress, burn calories, and leave feeling great and energized. The studio also supplies a curated selection of complimentary retail items. It is a highly recommended service and an amazing experience overall.
I’m obsessed! The facility is clean, the staff is so friendly, and I love the way I leave feeling! I am there 4-6 sessions a week. I love the private room with access to TV and most streaming services. The ice cold towel at the end is a nice perk. This is one of my favorite ways of self care!

Staff is ALWAYS very welcoming and friendly. Customer service is very highly exceptional & provided much more information about detoxification than what the sauna itself has to offer. The environment overall, is just an amazing experience and I look forward to the next visit. I highly recommend Drop sauna

I had great service. Diana explained everything in advance and set me up quickly! I slept so good last night! And I feel great and energized today!
