“Came by here the other day for some pants and upon entering the store was IMMEDIATELY greeted by an associate named AJ. She asked me what I was looking for an instead of just pointing me in the right way, walked me over and genuinely helped me find the right pants for me.This was even more impressive because it wasn’t like I was the only person in the store, there were absolutely other customers. She just took it upon herself to show she cared and give me actual guidance.I had been wearing a different brand and she convinced me to try another which worked perfect! So not only did I get more pairs of pants than I planned but I saved money. If you are lucky enough to visit the store when AJ is working, count yourself lucky. She was GREAT!”

He knows how to ask the correct questions in order to find out your taste and style. And now became a good friend of mine and not just a salesperson. “I have never rented a suit before. Going to a wedding out of state so now was the time. Went in approximately 3 weeks before event. Store was a little busy but once an associate got to me they were thorough and more than helpful.Alterations were made and I was able to pick up suit about a week before having to leave to town. It fit nicely. The return process was quick and easy. Chris was more than accommodating. A five star employee. I will definitely be back when the time arises.”

“A private sauna - such a great experience! A friend recommended Drop to me because I didn't want to use the sauna at the crowded gym that I go to. Then I found that Drop is on ClassPass! I had some credits to use before my monthly membership renewed so it was perfect timing I reserved an appointment for Sunday afternoon and it was 8 ClassPass credits. The staff was kind and took me to one of the private sauna rooms. I told the staff that it was my first time so they showed me how to adjust the lighting, temperature, and sound. I believe there are 5 rooms in this location. There is a small space in the room for your belongings (see the orange chair in the pictures). The ambiance is very relaxing and I love how clean it is! Also, there's a Smart TV in the room if you decide to watch Netflix or another streaming platform. I brought a book to read so I didn't use the TV or sound system but I will give it a try next time. I stayed in for 40 minutes at 140 degrees. I believe the appointment can be an hour long but I arrived a few minutes late and took some time to settle in. Overall, I enjoyed every minute of Drop and I will visit again soon Note: When you visit, arrive about 5-10 minutes before your appointment so you can have time to settle in. They provide towels to sit and/or lay on. There is an ice cold towel too, if you want to cool down.”
