We recently purchased a home and obtained the services from Residential Bancorp. I must say this was the best decision we could have made, Jason and Adan, work fast and are very efficient. My previous lender was a nightmare. I would strongly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great lender to work with, kept me up to date on any and all info needed. Worked with me when I had specialty requests due to my work schedule and the documents that were needed. Very descriptive and explained everything in plain terms for me to easily understand.

Jason Kim will do whatever necessary to make sure his clients are not just satisfied, but overall happy throughout the purchasing process. You won't find anyone else more accessible or eager to please. Adan Saldana is much of the same. Cheers for always making things right - that's a rare find.
