“I came in today, 5/19/22 @ 10:45am to get a help with a problem I was having with TicketMaster saying they refunded me, when they hadn't. I am no longer a member of Chase because of problems I had using them in CA. I came in and the person/people that normally help with problems involving closed accounts were all booked up for the day. However, the tellers weren't busy with customers, so Jennifer took a ton of time with me, going over a few years worth of transactions, to help me with the problem I was having. I was truly impressed with her customer service, and helpfulness, in getting me the info that I needed. I would definitely recommend this particular branch to anyone using Chase Bank.”

“Today was my first experience inside this branch. I have always used their drive-thru ATM machines up until today when I had a matter that required assistance from a real person. I was nervous. I haven't had good experiences with the Bank of America telephone helpline. However, today I was so pleased with amazing customer service. I explained my issue to Brian the bank teller. Once he understood my issue he asked for the assistance of Eric. Eric sat with me to find the root of my issue and within 15 minutes I was out the door on my way home with my problem completely solved. All staff members I came in contact with were intentional to listen to me and quick to help me find a solution. It was easy to tell that the staff at this branch work well together and make a great team. I am a very satisfied customer and I am thankful to have my finances at Bank of America. Thank you all for your assistance this afternoon! You made my day!”

“This review is specifically for Paul Kotler and the mortgage team over there at Wells Fargo in Henderson, NV (not sure how the rest of the bank operates, but if its like Paul, you're in good hands!). Buying a house is never easy, you always hear horror stories about how slow the process is (3 months to close?!?!), how paperwork is lost, how signatures aren't completed, how documentation is requested over and over for no reason... I assumed I would have to deal with that bullcrude when buying my first house but luckily for me, my loan officer was Paul. Throughout the ENTIRE process (from my first phone call asking what they offer to the very closing) he was extremely cool, nice and responsive. He let me know exactly what documents were needed, when I should submit them and when they were received. Every time I had a question, he was either available by phone or responded to emails within 30 minutes (this makes life SOOOO much easier when you're thinking everything will go wrong at any minute and you'll either have to wait an extra month to close on the house or lose the house altogether!). In the end, I closed in a very timely manner (and close to what Paul predicted, ~30 days) and was extremely happy with the entire process. If you're looking for a home in LV, give Paul a call and you'll see how good the guy is at what he does!”
