In a process of filing a consumer complaint if this FedEx location is responsible for delivering packages for residents in 89052 area. FedEx office provided a photo evidencing a package was dropped off at the door, but the photo being shown is not even my home. Yet, FedEx office has rudely denied our complaint of not receiving a purchaed item. If this is their regular delivery route, why can’t the company have to courtesy of comparing the houses for delivery before they arbitrarily deny our reported claim? What a horrible delivery service!

This location has a class action lawsuit and internal investigation taking place. They have done the same things to many people and lied per delivery GPS logs. They have breached shipping/sender contracts by doing so which resulted in multiple companies paying refunds and claims.

I have to wonder how Fed Ex is still in business!!
I got notification package was going to be delivered 6/1/25. Which was Sunday! So nothing on Monday was told it would be delivered 6/3/25. Nothing, looked at the tracking and the package has gone back and forth three times between the Henderson facility and the Las Vegas facility. I guess they don’t know how to read the address on the shipping label.

Ordered from a company I guess fedex was the only delivery service, it’s been two weeks since it’s was shipped off to them originally they said it was going to be delivered February 14th, I called & they stated my package was lost & when they get hold of the driver I would be contacted since then my package has been way across the world & here it is February 23rd still no expected delivery date. I would never order anything else if I know it’s coming from fedex!!!!

Paid extra for priority overnight morning delivery. Out for delivery at 8am and here it is 4pm and no delivery yet. Now it says by end of day when I paid for early delivery.

Fedex is holding my package hostage!!!!! I have called for several days. The sender has called. This package does not require a signature. We did not place a hold on this package or any of my packages. I have called so many times all the agents say they will take take of it and it never gets done. I was told by everyone they would send an email and update the system. Not one person has followed through. You can't talk to a local person. They will not tell you the location of my package. Fedex is honestly the worst shipping company to deal with!

I don’t think FedEx know what they are doing. The pictures show pictures of emails I received from this company for the same item which I still have not received. First, it was meant to arrive on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, and now Monday. The problem is the shipper requires a signature and I am held hostage!
