“Been with Fidelity for 20 years and overall Fidelity is great. I make my own investment decisions and don't rely on them for advice. Every branch will be different but this branch is terrific. They are very knowledgeable in every aspect of investing. They offer a lot of ideas. Even if some of the ideas aren't right for me it's great to hear another perspective. And it's all free. When I do have a concern they are on top of it right away and if they can't answer or resolve it immediately they will work within Fidelity for me. I have moved out of the area but I don't want to replace Henderson as my home branch. The expertise and help they share for free is invaluable. Remember that they are advisers. Nobody has a crystal ball. You are responsible for your fate. But listen to advice given by professionals and their reasoning so you can make wise decisions. I have turned down more advice than I have accepted but I have always understood the logic and circumstance behind the advice. No other firm and no other Fidelity branch has ever been as thoughtful and knowledgeable as Henderson.”
