“Holy Moley! Just came from this office. My 91yo mom lost her handicap placard. Other location in Vegas 2-3 hr wait time. Many customers told me to come to this location, and man, was I sooo glad I did. We were IMMEDIATELY greeted (before the front door shut) by MARCO, asked what he could do to help us. Once we explained, we got put on the wait list & will be seen in minutes! He then asked if I had my own AAA membership - I never considered it but after a minute of showing me the benefits & 1/2 off, I did it on the spot! He was smiling the whole time and made us feel VIP without the 'salesman' vibe. Literally a few minutes afterwards, TYLER called us to the desk/DMV area. He too was freaking awesome & friendly. He made my mom laugh many times which I haven't seen in a long time. He was very patient, calm, & lovable, meaning time flew quick (but he did work fast) & he also made the mood light & fun, the kind of environment you want to be around all the time at work, home, & w/friends! Honestly, 100%, hands down, even though this was a further drive for me, it was TOTALLY worth it because the wait time was super quick (no lines) the staff were courteous (WOW, so surreal too) and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that asks me about this place, or to get a AAA membership from! “A Progressive customer rear-ended me in traffic—not a big deal, but it seemed right to file a claim for the damage to my bumper. I filed a claim straight through Progressive. The process took a bit of work but was easy enough. Progressive's team was friendly, and through my own auto-body mechanic, they fully covered the repairs!”
