I like the store, shoes and employees, but there weren’t any shoes in my size available. Total let down. I ended buying my son a pair of Champion shoes. I only go to journeys for my adidas and all the staff is super helpful and have good prices for the shoes! I had to exchange some shoes I got online and the young girl helping me was very kind and helpful :)

The best customer service experience! Very impressed with how helpful Mercedes was with my order, originally the wrong size pair was sent and she went above and beyond to make sure my niece had the right size shoes. Everyone else there was super kind!
