“Came by here the other day for some pants and upon entering the store was IMMEDIATELY greeted by an associate named AJ. She asked me what I was looking for an instead of just pointing me in the right way, walked me over and genuinely helped me find the right pants for me.This was even more impressive because it wasn’t like I was the only person in the store, there were absolutely other customers. She just took it upon herself to show she cared and give me actual guidance.I had been wearing a different brand and she convinced me to try another which worked perfect! So not only did I get more pairs of pants than I planned but I saved money. If you are lucky enough to visit the store when AJ is working, count yourself lucky. She was GREAT!”

Just disappointed that less than 6 months my necklace tarnished ,looking like it came from a gumball machine ,hopefully they will replace it or refund $ because in none of the books does it say they will tarnish or turn color at the price we pay for them they definitely shouldnt ,love the spectrum heart necklace but disappointed hopefully they fix the issue for us !!!”

“This location is inside the Galleria Mall. Main floor at the bottom of the escalator. They have some of the best prices compared to some shoe stores Ive been to. And If you are signed up as a member. You can earn points for cash towards shoes. Also. Members get awesome discounts and bonuses. This location is fairly small , always busy, and long lines. The cashiers are not so friendly too. Overall. Its a decent store.”

“Friendly staff, excellent service, and good selection. My son and I stopped in here because he needed new shoes and a pair of slippers. Molly was absolutely amazing. She recommended a few items and seemed pretty knowledgeable about the fit and comfort of several of the shoes and slippers. Molly definitely got some steps in with walking back and forth between the back of the store and us, and she seemed happy to do so to ensure our needs were met. They even had socks large enough to fit me (size 12-15), AND they offered a military/veteran discount! We walked out of there with two pairs of shoes, two pairs of slippers (or "slides"), and four packs of socks. As someone who generally doesn't enjoy clothing shopping, I really appreciated Molly's approachable and non-pushy vibe as well as the quality of the service she provided. Thank you, Molly!”

“I am so not hip. I have no idea what the store is all about but I found it at the Galleria mall today. I was able to get myself some of those washable rubber Birkenstocks, and some crocs for my son. Both were on sale. Jenna helped us, and although she tried to upsell me and supersize my fries. I loved her service. She was really professional and got us in and out of there quickly. They sell all the cool brands.”

Both ladies were so patient and playful with Thea, my daughter; we felt unjust walking out empty-handed. “Okay let me explain this place to you.... It's full of cute stuff that somehow still fits me. I have found some of my favorite go to's at rhapsodielle. Go out dresses, skirts, jackets, shorts, jeans, turtle neck dress, body suits, shirts, etc! Now...also let me explain. If you come here thinking you are going to get Nordstrom store quality and return policy you are going to be disappointed. The return policy stinks (especially when the dressing rooms weren't even open!) but it also prevents me from too buying much so that's good. Is there some loose strings on the clothes? yes but my goodness the prices are ridiculous! You just have to look over the items and quality check before purchase. I have recommended this store to so many friends and they all have found cute stylish pieces. For reference I am 5'11" wear a size 9 pant/short and large top.”

“The girls here were nice & helpful. I received a shirt for Christmas that was to small for me & I was able to return it for a different shirt. You can hardly find any cool shirts in a size large. Took awhile to check out but that was due to the sanitization in between each customer. Thank you guys for helping me with the exchange.”
