“My machine for my daughter was given to me just yesterday on 3/30/2022. They guy who showed me how it works told me if the 2 lights on the side turned on to call their company so they could switch it out. I called at 4:55 today 3/31/2022 because the lights turned on and it started beeping loudly. The lady I was on the phone with said "we just sent that out yesterday." I said yes but I'm just doing what they guy told me to do. She said give me one moment and put me on hold and hung up. I called back today and they are looking into the person who hung up on me and they are sending out someone to swap tanks with me. I was hasty to think they didn't care. This is a great company. Thank you for making it right for me.”
