Through a fortunate coincidence, I ended up at LV Pharmacy where I met Veronica, a Respiratory Therapist. I was desperate for help either to repair or replace my CPAP machine. Instead of brushing off my concerns and selling me a new machine, Veronica asked several troubleshooting questions and offered possible solutions. She also provided me with preventative equipment care options, all of which I tried, and they worked! I'm extremely grateful to Veronica for her invaluable help."”

“Thank you, Tina, my daughter, who has cerebral palsy, has been a patient for 6 years, and lately is really not a good service for the last 7 months ? thanks God tina is there because everyone else is not customer service friendly, hopefully they could learn from Tina because there is a lot of mistakes going on. I called we time to change my address and they delivered to the old one , a neighbor was kind enough and brought it to my new place ,again Tina fix it , yesterday another guy was in the wrong chart being rude them again recibe a call of another patient same last name as my daughter but I tell her please talk to Tina because is strange to have my number in the wrong chart as well, yesterday got my diapers super late , but one missing they gave an extra one , just 5 minutes ago brought the extra one hope they step up.Thank you Tina they need to raise your position and money because she is the only one listening and taking time for the customers. “I was on a quick getaway to Vegas & after I checked into my hotel room, I realized I had forgotten my AC plug for my CPAP machine. My son-in-law, in California, called Susan & told her of my dire situation. The store was closing in 10 minutes. She looked in stock & found it!!!! She told my son-in-law my hotel wasn't too far & she would stay past closing for me, which she did! She met me outside & we tried the AC cord & it worked!!! I jumped back in my cab & was overwhelmed with her kindness. She had to call her babysitter to say she would late! All of this extra effort for a customer she had never met!!! How fabulous is that!! Above & beyond service, for sure!!”

“Way better than dealing with their competitor Scooterbug in Las Vegas. Scooters are in better condition and they are not throttled to the point where it's hard to go over an incline such as in front of Venetian. Customer service is good. With scooter bug. I had to call a couple of times to get a scooter replacement which took hours and I was stuck in one place waiting for them to you. Finally deliver a new scooter but the process just trying to get scooter bag to answer their phone was absolutely ridiculous! I have never had this sort of issue, and I've never had to exchange, a scooter with Desert Medical”
