Recently moved in and was lucky to have Dean as my point of contact. An appliance was inoperable, and he was able to have it replaced in a timely manner!

Worked work Dean, he was great! We had a delay while traveling and he was able to change his appointment date with such short notice. Had a nice tour and when we had a question or concern he took care of it right away. He was always available. 5 stars!
