“I went to buy rock and didn't know what to expect but the customer service was very helpful and kind. Because I was picking up the rock they explained what I needed to do, not hard really but because I didn't know I appreciate that they treated me well. I like that when you go up to the front doors they have a display of the different rocks and sizes. It was a good experience!”

“I am Richard Haddad RH Design of Henderson and I want to share and experience that went above and beyond any experience I have ever had at Home Depot. As I was shopping I noticed an associate Cindy Gustin from previous years servicing my account from another Home Depot location across town. Instantly Cindy came up to greet me and asked how could she help me and Cindy without hesitation followed me to the tile section where I needed to get a pallet of tile. Cindy went and quickly found a floor jack to get the tile pulled out. Cindy continued to thank me for coming to Home Depot and would make sure I received good service. At the same time a Assistant Manager Trent came down the isle to lend a hand and immediately began to lift boxes of tile on to my cart and took the time to make sure I did not get broken boxes of tile. Cindy and Trent made a plan to take all my materials up to the Pro Desk for final check out as I had many other materials to shop for including special ordering 2 additional shower doors on line. To sum it up I received additional help when Trent moved all my large material to the back loading area of Home Depot because I drove a large box truck to convenience me to be loaded properly and securely. Cindy made sure my additional order of shower doors were placed and also introduced me to the other associates working in the Pro Desk and made me feel like an appreciated valued customer to Home Depot. I was so happy and wanted to share this experience and thank Cindy Gustin and Trent who at all times kept assisting me saying nothing was a problem lets get it done. They both deserve to be acknowledged as this was one of the most positive enjoyable experiences I have ever had at coming to a Home Depot in over 25 years.”

“Oh my gosh you have to go see Shane at moon valley!! He is the best! He helped us figure out what plants and trees that will go best in our back yard. His design was amazing! Beautiful colors, easy to take care of like we asked. He knew so much about these plants and really listened to what we wanted and needed. We will for sure be back and will look for Shane!”

Garden center outside has a large variety of plants, watering and irrigation supplies, and stepping stones.
The insect control store section carries many products to fit your needs. I even bought mosquito bug zappers here that actually help to control mosquitoes. I suggest adding the oxtenol attractant bait capsules to the zappers and changing them every summer month. These help attract mosquitoes more
The window treatment store section has only cordless horizontal blinds due to safety.
The brand they have has failed us several times due to poor automatic mechanism. I don't recommend this brand of blinds.
The hand tool section has quality brands. I have purchased good drill bits, wrenches, saws, screwdriver sets, and other well-made tools.
The sprinkler irrigation section has everything I ever needed. Pvc and cpvc pipes, pipe solvents, fittings, and valves.
The door lockset hardware section is huge. Also, with a large variety of electronic door locks. This store is highly recommended.”

“Home Depot on 1401 S Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas. Great experience at the customer service pick up counter on 6/25/23. We came to pick up our will-call. 5 stars for your new employee "Trey" was very helpful, courteous and service with a smile. Unlike many of your other employees. One employee had the nerve to tell us as we were entering the store. "Why are you coming in, we're closing in 10 mins" then he laughed at us. My husband was so upset. We were going to ask for the manager but Trey turned this horrible experience into a position one.”

“This is my first ever review, But wow I don’t think I’ve stepped into a home depot that was so clean and actually had what I needed. From the moment we stepped in we were
greeted and acknowledged (which doesn’t happen often at any other home depot). And our cashier shouab was so patient and helpful with helping us scan and load drywall into our truck and didn’t look like he hated his job lol. This is my new home depot.”

“Not the biggest of the franchise locations in town, but they do have a nice plant selection. Their free classes are interesting. Staff are friendly. I wish they had more for ponds though. Some hardware like pumps, filters and koi food, but no aquatic plants. Have to go to Tropicana Aquarium to find nearest fish and pond plants. I also wish their bagged mulch was a little cheaper.”

“I can't say enough about this Home Depot location! From the minute I walked in, the staff was so helpful! I had to pick up a water heater for a homebound friend of mine, I had it purchased within 5 minutes with Nacho getting the water heater, putting it on a cart, helping me get to the truck rental area to rent a truck. He loaded it onto the truck for me as well! Ken in the truck rental areas was so efficient and helpful as well! I live on the other side of town and I have to say, the S. Lamb location's staff beats the location by me, hands down! The team lead who rang up the purchase was great too, I wish I remembered her name! And there was another employee who helped Nacho...he was great as well, wish I could remember his name. Thanks Home Depot on S. Lamb, I'll definitely be back. Oh, by the way, the truck rental was such a smooth process, I highly recommend if you need a short term truck rental. Thanks guys!”
