“Oh my gosh you have to go see Shane at moon valley!! He is the best! He helped us figure out what plants and trees that will go best in our back yard. His design was amazing! Beautiful colors, easy to take care of like we asked. He knew so much about these plants and really listened to what we wanted and needed. We will for sure be back and will look for Shane!”
“This little gem was so much fun to explore! Lots of metal art for the garden and great metal statues. My favorite one was of a boar but they have a ton of creative things. Loved the cactus and all the plants and they had one of the BIGGEST century plants I have ever seen.
If you are in the Vegas area it’s a nice loop drive to go to Red Rocks, head over past Blue Diamond and visit Cactus Joes.

“I went in to Moon Valley 8 minutes before closing since I had gotten off work early and had been meaning to go to moon valley for months but just never could find a time when they were open and I was free. I felt bad being there so late but Jules was still super helpful and kind despite me forcing her to stay past closing. She was so sweet and despite me being there so late, she was determined to helped me find the best looking plants. Because of her I was able to bring home three beautiful pink jasmines that I love so much! Just because of her and her kindness, I know I’m going to come back and get more amazing plants!”
“I went to drop off my Echo hedge trimmer for sharpening or repair service since I’ve owned it for 9 years and they inspected it explained everything and told me no service at all was needed and sent me away no charge. If they told me anything I would have paid so really they sent me away putting honesty before business!”
“This business is down Renate Dr. in what looks like an alley behind buildings, but it is well marked and you can park in there.
Bonsai, lucky bamboo, money trees and other house plants as well as bonsai pots, indoor plant pots, figurines and more.

“Such a cute place for plant parents. I've gotten a few things here. Philodendrons, pots, Ivy mag redwood soil, cute Knick knacks,etc. I have bought a philodendron pink princess and a philodendron Brazil on two separate occasions. Other times I have bought some pots. They have so many cute colors of pots. So if you don't buy a plant you can buy pot. Which is what happens to me. They will also pot your plant for you.”
“Great selection and when things are on sale, the prices are fantastic! Offers free classes. Went to one on winterizing the garden and it was good, but they started about 20 minutes late due to lower than expected turnout. Inconsiderate for those that showed up on time.”

“There's a few employees who need recognition! First, Jesse in the electrical dept was so helpful! He is so genuine when he helps customers. He actually asks them specific questions to ensure he understands people's concerns. Then Eric in the lumber dept truly goes out of his way. I dropped a pair of my working gloves in the store. He went out of his way, going down each aisle to help me find it. Just like many Home Depots, this location can get busy on weekends.”

We came to pick up our will-call. 5 stars for your new employee "Trey" was very helpful, courteous and service with a smile. Unlike many of your other employees. One employee had the nerve to tell us as we were entering the store. "Why are you coming in, we're closing in 10 mins" then he laughed at us. My husband was so upset. We were going to ask for the manager but Trey turned this horrible experience into a position one.”

“Not the biggest of the franchise locations in town, but they do have a nice plant selection. Their free classes are interesting. Staff are friendly. I wish they had more for ponds though. Some hardware like pumps, filters and koi food, but no aquatic plants. Have to go to Tropicana Aquarium to find nearest fish and pond plants. I also wish their bagged mulch was a little cheaper.”

“These days the main choices are Lowe's Home Improvement and The Home Depot. I'm a novice at repairs, but have friends that know a little more. I like the selection. I just bought a Towel Rack. I asked where I can find one. He told me where and I found them right away. Had a few choices, Clean store. If you want something big done I believe they can help with most Home Improvement jobs. Prices are good.”
“I can't say enough about this Home Depot location! From the minute I walked in, the staff was so helpful! I had to pick up a water heater for a homebound friend of mine, I had it purchased within 5 minutes with Nacho getting the water heater, putting it on a cart, helping me get to the truck rental area to rent a truck. He loaded it onto the truck for me as well! Ken in the truck rental areas was so efficient and helpful as well! I live on the other side of town and I have to say, the S. Lamb location's staff beats the location by me, hands down! The team lead who rang up the purchase was great too, I wish I remembered her name! And there was another employee who helped Nacho...he was great as well, wish I could remember his name. Thanks Home Depot on S. Lamb, I'll definitely be back. Oh, by the way, the truck rental was such a smooth process, I highly recommend if you need a short term truck rental. Thanks guys!”
