“Update: MY SECOND VISIT HERE
I was about to go to a different place this time because of the negative reviews but took a chance as i had a good experience previously. So glad i made that choice. The lady that helped me was so professional. Being a woman, I am usually ready to be treated crappy by mechanics when i do truck business as i have had negative interactions in the past. My two times at this location have been so contrary to that. I was greeted again almost instantly as i pulled up. Got an oil change and tire rotation. Price was right. Absolutely no upselling. Very professional. I marked my tires prior to going in, so i know they were rotated. Checked after service and my oil is crystal clear and all fluids are topped off. Glad they didn't list the vacuum and windshield things any more cos I'm here for a oil change and not a truck detail. The price is very reasonable considering the Toyota dealer charged me $500 for just an oil change previously. They accepted my coupon and i left at under a buck and a half. So nice to find a business that has some pride in their reputation, which is becoming so rare these days. I highly recommend this location. I'm super ecstatic right now about how that whole thing went today!!

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and my truck was taken into the bay. Within 45 minutes I was back at home. The employees are polite and extremely helpful, even apologizing for my wait when I didn't even have one! Prices are reasonable. No upselling. The waiting room was clean and well maintained. I was referred here by my son, and I would definitely recommend to others”

completely with Matilda, my Toyota. They all, from the ones who have been there a long time to the ones who haven't, give advice, skills and service of the highest standard. “I brought my car here to fix undercarriage work. I needed new rack and pinion and other stuff. Cost me around $5,000. Two weeks later my power steering went out. Took car back. They said they installed a defected rack and pinion. While at shop for the second time ,my car got stolen. They have no cameras or security on property. Now I am stuck with no car. They are unsympathetic.”

“Pretty good little self service car wash, you have to buy the tokens but sometimes they are out. I used my credit card and it was like 3 bucks witch I think is fair. They also have free vacuums”

They are always prompt and conduct an inspection with an occasional suggestion for a future action to maintain proper performance of my vehicle. I have never found them to recommend something that was not needed. I will continue to use Sansone's Automotive for routine maintenance and needed repairs.”
