“Coming from a family of mechanics, it's very hard for me to let anyone else work on my vehicle. But because of the warranty on my car, I have to go to specific shops. Paul's was on that list, with good reviews, so I decided to use them. Let me tell you, Michelle (office) & John (manager) are truly some of the nicest, most helpful people around!! They went above & beyond speaking with my warranty people to help me with my car!! Unfortunately, because of the warranty, it now has to go to the dealer...yukk!!I will most definitely bring my car back to John for regular maintenance in the future. I highly recommend them!! “Eric and Jaime were very personable… although I had a lot of things “wrong” with my car. Eric made a metaphor with brake fluid and drinking soda, and drove my car when they were unsure if the brake fluid exchange worked. I appreciated his valor in putting his life on the line.Although I am still unsure of the safety status of my car since I need new tires and brake pads (but at least have two weeks to get the work done before my life is in jeopardy myself), I want them to win the competition against the other jiffy lubes and want Jaime to achieve her dream of becoming a diesel mechanic.So I will gladly leave a 5 star review :)Their up-sell skills are entertaining.Update: my front tires still have about a year on them, the edges are worn slightly and my brake pads are at about 50% so I have more than two weeks of life on them.”

“Great people and honest mechanics, took me under the car and showed me what's going on. I was told by Purrfect auto 10 different things I "needed" (DONT GO THERE). Took it to Sun Auto for 2nd opinion and they say it was all BS and my car was perfectly fine, just needed rear break and rotors which I knew about already. They could've easily lied and taken more money from me! Little pricey compared to others in the area, but I'd rather spend 20% more and know it's done by professional and honest people with quality parts. Also got a Costco member discount of 15% which was nice. I'm coming here for everything for now on”

This was one of the few auto repair shops with great reviews, close to us, and was open Veterans Day weekend. They got us in last minute and stayed late to finish working on our car. They even got the original price down for us when we went to go check out. Very honest, great communication, and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone in the area!”

Very professional, excellent communication and with a pleasant demeanor and smile!I am a general manager myself and watching this crew I would feel very proud of that crews communication, hussle and team work.We were not pressured. She just asked if we'd like her to go over what our car needed at the miles we were currently at or just print it for us. She showed us our filter and if we wanted it changed and the price even showed us our oil line after they were finished. Tires were inspected as well as battery.
