I don’t think I will ever take my car to anybody else. I totally trust them and they didn’t try to upsell me on nonsense. Great place.

“Called an hour before closing as I was desperate for an oil change and time was of the essence. David, the manager answered and told me come one over they’d be happy to take care of me as quickly as possible. Cameron greeted me upon arrival and made me instantly feel like a VIP/Family. Explained the process, quick run down of where we were at with everything and then…. Tyler completed the oil change. They were KIND, Quick and more than efficient. “I was referred by my mom to come here. Brandon and his team are super honest and they do not lie to you about the work that needs to be done! I went to Firestone complete auto care on Pecos Ridge Parkway because that’s where I have been going. I went there because my AC compressor stopped blowing cold air so Firestone told me after their diagnosis that I needed a new air compressor, expansion valve alot of extra work done to my car total came out to $3133. So I took my mom’s advice and I went to TM auto and they told me I only needed a new compressor and for it to be charged! I literally saved over $2000!!! I’m so thankful for TM Auto and there honesty! I will NEVER go to Firestone again! Damn and to think all the work I have paid for at Firestone when more than likely I didn’t need it! Thank you Brandon and for your team for everything and they got it done in one day! All the guys at TM AUTO deserve a RAISE for their hard work and honesty.”

“I made it to their parking lot right as my car completely died, 20 minutes before they closed. It needed a new alternator, battery, and tires and they fixed everything the very next day! Great interactions and super fast!”
“Had our car air conditioning serviced in March. Cost $1500.00. Feron had leaked out. Fast forward to July, brought car in for an oil change and another problem with air. Turns out Freon is leaking again and we need a new condenser, which would be another $1150.00. Probably not really a coincidence. I feel we needed a new condenser the first visit which certainly would have lessened the charges overall. On that first visit the Feron didn't just disappear, there had to be a leak for it to be all gone.
Service was great, just not sure we had the correct diagnosis the first visit in March.
