“In a sea of poor reviews for postal shops I found PostMaxx as the only well reviewed shop in the area when I was searching for options to rent a PO Box. I called and the owner, Toni answered and was a complete delight so I drove over and signed up. Since that time 3 mos ago I have super happy with the level of service. Toni ALWAYS recognizes myself and my wife..... even on my first post sign up visit. She is perpetually in a great mood and very friendly to all. Everyone is treated like family. A rarity in todays desensitized world. On top of that the service is terrific and we get timely notices when we have mail or packages.”

“Beyond happy with the service I got here. I was able to purchase my own cutting board and drop it off to get engraved for only around $25! I opted to pick it up 4 days later, but they offer a rush fee option for an additional $20.The employees were very intentional and communicative about the location/font/size of the engraving. I was more than pleased with the end result. Thank you so much to the staff! I’ll definitely be recommending friends and family to you if they ever need things engraved.”

“Fast, friendly service is what I get every time I walk into this PostNet which is 6 to 8 times a week because I drop off ALL my customer orders here. They can also quickly print UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping labels when needed or carefully pack your entire shipment for you. However, they can't turn QR codes (those square things like attached photo) into shipping labels. For QR codes you might have to drive EXTRA MILES and stand in long lines at a UPS or FedEx Store. I've posted this review because I've been coming to this store for years and they deserve recognition for their great service.”

If I wasn’t so happy with the outcome of the look and feel of my business cards and fast turn around printing time, I would of given you a way lower 2-3 star rating because of your lack of people skills. “After having a bas experience at another FedEx, i was on the brink of trying to figure out how to do it myself, the reality was, I honestly didn't have the time or patience. Being a regular for my business at FedEx locations in California, I was surprised when the other location couldn't help, so I landed at this one, not realizing there was a FedEx in this Walmart, I was thrilled! I walked in and told the rep (Rolando) what I had just experienced at the previous store, he apologized and offered to help me. I had to print on some fancy paper, which he was able to print from his computer. He then showed he how to use the computers to edit and save the file to use the self serve machine. He was patient and helpful, directing me through their system. Then he helped me print what I needed! No stress, easy to work with, caring about his clients and hard working. Disregard the few negatives and try them out. Let them know you read the review from Rachel, the Cancer Survivor and ask for Rolando! Thank you! Sorry I was slow in sharing my review, busy wrapping!”

“Lena and Riley went above and beyond to help, with no benefit to themselves!!My elderly mother took a large box there to return. She paid for it, not knowing that I had a shipping label. Riley and Lena saved the box for us till the next day, refunded my other and then Lena volunteered to take it over to Wal-mart for the Fed Ex return since UPS doesn't do Fed Ex. The box would have been difficult for my mother to take. How amazingly kind is that!!!These are the kind of people to give business to.! Absolutely 5 stars!”
