“Unfortunately, UPS finally lost a package after all these years. Tracking stopped when it was scanned by this UPS store. 2 out of 3 packages made it through, but one.
UPS did tell me to check with the store. The store did point me in the right direction for the missing package, and they were kind enough to answer my questions and follow next steps. A claim was placed. I know its probably out of their hands, and it got lost at the hub, since tracking never changed after.
Nevertheless, I did ship about 5 other packages later on the next month, and they did put RFID on some my ground saver packages going to the same address. All of them made it through. Hopefully that package will turn up, but I know if tracking doesn't show up after 48 hours something is up.
Otherwise, they gave prompt service and are good with giving a receipt
Maybe the package will turn up, otherwise if someone finds a 30 lb package out there, I'll give a reward no questions asked”

“I had last minute printing done right before their closing time. They were so very gracious and welcoming. They gladly printed a large document for me which I needed urgently. I was earlier turned away from FedEx as they didn't have time. I'm so glad I found this Post Net location. I'll be bringing all my business here and referring others. “Rafael at this UPS is fantastic. He is the reason that we have used this location for our multiple businesses for the last 4ish years. He provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond when no one asks him to. He is very helpful and never makes you feel dumb or out of place for asking questions or forgetting the answers. He has a pleasant demeanor and a kind sense of humor that makes the tedious task of mailing things go by. If Rafael ever was moved to another location, I fear we would probably have to move with him. “I needed some Resumes printed off a USB drive the other day and was helped by Lee(I think this was their name). They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their options. A variety of nice resume papers to help the professional look of the resume. The print was quality, I was shown the prints to confirm quality before paying. All in all 5-10 minutes and I was on my way with exactly what I was hoping for.”
“I work near this location - when I'm busy - I'm here a lot. This is a great location - the staff is friendly - sometimes the line is long but, they do a good job of handling it. I saw someone being helped - a couple of people came in line behind me - the co-worker asked how the line is without being prompted - came out and helped. I can't see how this location doesn't have a better rating. For a small location - they do a great job.”

Today (4/2/26), Nadia went above and beyond with my Cool JAZZ YouTube Channel badges—handling the printing and laminating with exceptional attention to detail and care. The final result looked fantastic, and the turnaround was seamless.
It’s rare to find this level of consistency, professionalism, and genuine customer care. I highly recommend this UPS STORE location to anyone in the area, and I’ll definitely be returning for future projects.

“The ladies working at this location on April 30, between 1-6 PM, deserve 10 stars! I am not a regular customer, but dropped in yesterday to have them hold my luggage (they're s new Bounce! location). Apparently, I was the first person that these ladies had processed one of these transactions for. No problem, it took two of them about three minutes to figure it out. Very impressive. When I returned in the evening to retrieve my bags, I set down two shopping bags, retrieved my luggage, and left. When I had crossed almost the entire parking lot (it's a big shopping center), I turned to see what someone was yelling about. It was one of the young ladies from the UPS store, in her bright yellow shirt, running towards me with my shopping bags in hand! It was hot outside, the store could have retrieved my information from the luggage storage reservation, but instead, they went way above and beyond to make sure I had everything. While storing the luggage, I mentioned that I was on a lengthy travel layover. They saved me a huge inconvenience, and some money!
The location is in a huge lot, with plenty of parking. There are three dedicated spots at the front door. The store is clearly marked. The interior is somewhat narrow, but very deep. The store is well-stocked, but not cluttered. There was adequate staff, with some up front, and some working on projects in the back. When I went in, the staff, all in bright-yellow shirts, were busy, yet still took the time to look up and greet me. Hmmm, I guess there are aliens out here! You ladies are first class!”
“Alfonso is absolutely wonderful! After a bad experience at usps on trop and mtn Vista, I drove out of my way to use this location because of Alfonso's impeccable customer service! He offered to tape my labels as a courtesy to my packages. He handled the packages with care too! He is very nice and cares about his customers.”
“After having a bas experience at another FedEx, i was on the brink of trying to figure out how to do it myself, the reality was, I honestly didn't have the time or patience. Being a regular for my business at FedEx locations in California, I was surprised when the other location couldn't help, so I landed at this one, not realizing there was a FedEx in this Walmart, I was thrilled! I walked in and told the rep (Rolando) what I had just experienced at the previous store, he apologized and offered to help me. I had to print on some fancy paper, which he was able to print from his computer. He then showed he how to use the computers to edit and save the file to use the self serve machine. He was patient and helpful, directing me through their system. Then he helped me print what I needed! No stress, easy to work with, caring about his clients and hard working. Disregard the few negatives and try them out. Let them know you read the review from Rachel, the Cancer Survivor and ask for Rolando! Thank you! Sorry I was slow in sharing my review, busy wrapping!”

Shoutout to Las Vegas Postal Service as a whole. While I see multiple day delays at major hubs across the country on a consistent bases (Miami area looking at you) Vegas has never let me down. Whoever has this ship running right…. Can you do it for the rest of the country?”

“I'd like to commend Sam and Zack who had to work in 100+ degree store when their AC went out. They were courteous, prompt, and worked diligently in sweltering heat. In the hour I was there, they helped a dozen people who could barely stand walking into the store because it was so hot inside! Sam and Zack did everything they could to make sure I was pleased with my order and re-printed several options when my prints weren't coming out very clean.
In terms of print quality, their printer isn't the best. All my print outs had lines on them, but I may have caught it when it needed maintenance. For others who may need it, they are only a UPS affiliate store, so they cannot take QR codes for Amazon returns. It's not a service they provide since they're not an official UPS store, so I'm not certain why people are upset at that, but it's good information to know if you need it.
It's a small store with limited capacity, but if you need a quick booklet or project printed and spiral bound, it's a great option. The folks who work at the store are always friendly and doing their best within the printer's capabilities.”
“I had an Amazon return and this was the closest UPS to where I was. A very nice man in the casino walked me down to the Business Center where the UPS office is. I walked in and asked about Amazon returns and the very nice lady explained that they do charge $6 for each package and that even if your return states that you do not need a box, for this location you DO need a box. I almost left to find the next closest store but the lady was so nice and genuine that I decided that I would pay the $6. For me, quality customer service means a lot more than a service charge. I would have spent 20 minutes just going to another store, but I stayed and had a good experience. But you should know the terms before you go in so you are not surprised or put off.”
